The top floor atrium was built early in the 20th century as a space to create outdoor billboards and as a result has the most stunning window pane walls in Chicago, not to mention the magnificent curved 45 ft high wood ceiling. Along with the Atrium, the top floor space comes with an additional 3,500 square feet of classic Chicago loft directly below on the second floor.
